On one of the coldest days of the year, my furnace was giving me problems. It was late in the evening and I knew an emergency repair was going to cost me a fortune but I knew we couldn't go to sleep without the furnace running. I called Highmark and he troubleshooted the problem over the phone. He walked me through doing the repair myself to save me a very costly service call. I'm very impressed and grateful. I highly recommend Highmark! They repaired my old AC twice then I decided to replace it. Next, they installed a new Bryant furnace, Bryant AC unit, and a Rheem hot water tank. They had a very competitive price for the equipment and install. The work was completed within two days earlier than scheduled (What?!? That NEVER happens with HVAC companies!) All staff members were courteous and professional. This is a 5-star HVAC company.
